Grown on our farm in northern Guatemala, these roasted cacao nibs are chocolate in its purest form. Each bag contains fermented and roasted cacao beans that have been carefully cracked and winnowed to reveal the rich nib at the center of the bean.

Bold, crunchy, and intensely chocolatey, cacao nibs carry the deep flavor of pure cacao with nothing added and nothing taken away. Long valued as both food and tradition, cacao is naturally rich in antioxidants, magnesium, iron, and fiber.

Enjoy them by the handful, blend them into smoothies, bake them into cookies, sprinkle them over yogurt or oatmeal, or grind them into homemade chocolate.

Our cacao is grown sustainably, roasted in small batches, and handled with care from harvest to roast. Every bag reflects the character of Guatemalan cacao and the craft behind it.
