Grown organically on our farm in northern Guatemala, these roasted cacao nibs are one of the purest ways to enjoy real chocolate. Each bag contains fermented and roasted cacao beans that have been carefully cracked and winnowed to reveal the nib at the center of the bean.

Bold, crunchy, and deeply chocolatey, cacao nibs deliver the flavor of pure cacao with nothing added. They’re also naturally rich in antioxidants, magnesium, iron, and fiber.

One of the things we’re especially proud of is how fresh they are. Our cacao moves from harvest through fermentation, roasting, cracking, and packaging without spending months sitting in warehouses or working its way through long distribution chains. The result is exceptionally fresh cacao with the flavor and aroma still at their best.

Enjoy them by the handful, stir them into yogurt or oatmeal, blend them into smoothies, bake them into cookies and brownies, or grind them for homemade chocolate.

Our cacao is organically grown, single origin, roasted in small batches, and handled with care from harvest to roast. Every bag reflects the character of Guatemalan cacao and the work that goes into producing it well.
