Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Guatemala Trading Company. We take great pride in the quality of our products and want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase.

Food Products

Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of food products. Once food items have been shipped, they cannot be returned, resold, or restocked.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, melted, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please email us at blendedbordermedia@gmail.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review the situation and, when appropriate, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and determine the best resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Food products

  • Opened products

  • Products that have been consumed or partially consumed

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized items (unless damaged or defective upon arrival)
