Our Dairy Free Organic 70% Dark Chocolate

With a cocoa content of 70%, this bar carries the depth and structure of dark chocolate while remaining remarkably smooth and balanced. Free from dairy and made with pure cocoa butter, it delivers a clean melt and a rich cocoa character without the sharp bitterness often associated with dark chocolate.

As the flavor develops, notes of mocha, citrus, strawberry, roasted peanut, and walnut emerge naturally from the cacao itself. The result is a dark chocolate that feels bold yet approachable, with clarity and balance at the center of the experience.

We are especially proud of this chocolate because it begins on our own farm. Our cacao is grown on a 16 acre organic farm in northern Guatemala without pesticides or synthetic fertilizers. The trees are cultivated in a biologically diverse environment that supports both flavor and resilience.

Fermentation is carried out by our award winning partners at the Lachuá facility in Alta Verapaz, internationally recognized for their precision and care. Only carefully selected beans are used in our chocolate, allowing the natural flavor of the cacao to remain at the center of the experience.

At a time when most chocolate is blended and heavily processed, we are proud to produce true single origin farm to bar chocolate that preserves the character of the cacao itself.
