After so many kind requests for a sweeter, more melt-in-your-mouth bar, we’re proud to share our newest creation—a smooth and creamy 50% cacao milk chocolate made with our own organic vanilla. It’s rich, comforting, and just sweet enough to keep you coming back for another bite. And then another.

Made for pure enjoyment, this bar is where fine chocolate meets everyday delight. The cacao gives it depth and warmth, while the whole milk and vanilla round it out with a soft, creamy finish. The flavor is full of silky cocoa, toasted sugar, and warm spice, with notes of malted milk, soft caramel, and a hint of vanilla bean.

One - 60 gram bar

We craft this bar with cacao grown right on our 16 acre organic farm in Northern Guatemala. We farm using living soil practices that build fertility naturally and never use pesticides or synthetic fertilizers. The vanilla is also our own—grown, hand pollinated, cured, and bottled by us just a few steps from our cacao trees. Fermentation is handled by our award-winning partners at the Lacuha fermentary, ensuring perfect flavor development before the beans ever reach our melanger.

This chocolate is more than a treat—it’s the sweet side of single-origin farm-to-bar. Grown and crafted entirely in Guatemala with care, patience, and pride.
