Despite its intensity, this bar surprises with balance and complexity. You may notice rich roasted cocoa, deep nutty undertones, hints of dried fig, red fruit, a touch of natural smokiness, and even a mild floral note—all drawn naturally from the carefully fermented and roasted beans. The texture is silky, the melt is clean, and the finish is long and memorable.

We are especially proud of this chocolate because it begins with our own hands. All our cacao is grown on our 16 acre organic farm in Northern Guatemala without pesticides or synthetic fertilizers. We nurture our trees using living soil methods and a biologically diverse ecosystem that enhances both flavor and resilience. The fermentation is handled by our award-winning partners at the Lacuha facility, who have earned international recognition for their precision and care. Only the best beans are selected for this bar—nothing else is added.

At a time when most chocolate is highly processed and blended beyond recognition, we are proud to be one of the few true single-origin, farm-to-bar chocolate makers in the world. This bar is a tribute to what pure, well-grown, and expertly crafted cacao can be.
